"My stay at this hotel was horrendous. First, upon first entrance the room looks normal. However, though the bed was made, upon settling for bed, I discovered that the sheets and pillows were unclean and smelled. My skin has been itching me since. "Overall Villa Lapas Jungle Resort was a good place to stay. We had 2 rooms with breakfast, but did not pay for the all inclusive stay because we are vegetarian and don’t drink alcohol. Positives: 1. Front reception staff, restaurant, and housekeeping are all very nice. 2. The setting is beautiful and well designed facilities. 3. The playground was great for our grandson. This was a huge plus. 4. When termites invaded our room the staff helped clean it and gave us a different room nearby. 5....
