"This house is spectactular! We stayed here with our kids and another family in early April 2025. We enjoyed seeing more than 30 scarlet macaws each morning flying and roosting in the trees right beside the house, with the sunrise and mountains in the background. This is one of the only areas in Costa Rica where scarlet macaws can be found in the wild. We also saw a toucan and many iguanas on the property. The house is fantastic with all of the glass windows and lighted pool. The property manager Chris was great to work with and very responsive. We also enjoyed a great meal from Chef Sharlton. The property owner also provided passes to the nearby Punta Leona beach club, and we enjoyed using those pools, that property, and the beach shuttle as well. If you want a spectacular house surrounded by nature and wildlife, this is the house for you! We would book this again!"

"Our family, six adults and three children. From the time we arrived until we tearfully left, it was pure heaven. Property is gorgeous, Debbie, Jairo and crew made all our requests a reality from scheduling tours, airport shuttle and numerous other requests. We spent the majority of time relaxing by the pool. Carols, Gina and Tatianna were the absolute best. A few tears were shed when we left"

"The house is beyond beautiful and immaculately clean. We loved the modern decor and open concept. The view of the pacific stunning! The pool was the perfect size for our family of four with two teen boys and there was more than enough room. There are several security checkpoints in the community. As a parent we appreciated seeing this being taken seriously. We had no safety concerns whatsoever. Olga was very helpful and responsive. All of her recommendations were spot on. We chose to cook at the house a majority of the time and the kitchen was equipped with everything to do so. Noteworthy is that it is off the beaten path and the grocery store with the best selection is close to 45 minutes away. The local market in the neighborhood has all of the essentials you need but not what would be required to make a full meal. It is in fact close to 20 minutes to the main entrance. We rented a golf cart and felt it was essential to access the neighborhood- the hills are very steep and walking would be very challenging. I wish we had known that you could purchase a weekly pass to the local club in order to order food and drinks at Playa Blanca. The beach at Playa Blanca is nothing short of spectacular. We’ve been to some of the best rated beaches around the world and would argue it is the warmest and sandiest with the best waves. Overall our stay was absolutely amazing. Thank you for having us. "

"We will be back! We brought my elderly parents and family to Costa Rica for our family vacation. It was absolutely perfect in every aspect from early planning, to support in scheduling fun adventures, incredible beaches, and most importantly, a beautiful home stocked with everything you need. As soon as we booked the home, Wade reached out to provide important information including activities to consider, car rentals, airlines and introduce us to Johann, who manages the property. Prior to arriving we had already scheduled a few activities that were appropriate for my elderly parents. They also introduced me to Alex, who has tremendous knowledge of the ecosystem and animals, and we did several adventures with him and learned so much. I highly recommend working with Johann to schedule tours with Alex!Also, we spent some time on the beautiful beach of Playa Blanca. We were able to do some snorkeling there and it was very safe. The Punta Leona resort with pools, nature area and butterfly farm was family friendly and super fun!While the drive from the gate to the home is about 20 minutes, there is so much to do locally. A golf cart is recommended to get to and from a the pools and beach. The entire family thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of Wade, Johann, Rosa and Alex and they were always available to us to answer questions or provide recommendations on grocery locations, restaurants and activities. And the whole area is highly secure and safe. Thank you!"

"Beautiful setting and spectacular view from our room. The pool is beautiful! The beach is nice, but access to the water is a bit challenging. The service in the restaurant is a bit slow, but not a huge deal, considering the view. All of the food was excellent, as were the cocktails"
