"The pillow smelled like body sweat. The floor was greasy filthy. The sinks and counters were very clean every thing else was clean. The hall needs scrubbing because it had food spilled all over. "

"There was never any hot water when we showered. It was always warm but never hot. We took showers in the evening and in the morning and it was always the same. Also, please provide a breakfast meat option for those of us that do not eat beef or pork. I overheard another customer who was also disappointed there was no turkey or chicken sausage option "

"Running from Cat 4 Hurricane Milton. It was the last room available, so we were pleasantly surprised that the room was so clean and comfortable! We did not arrive till after 1am but the clerk called somewhere around midnight to make sure we were still coming! It was nice to be assured our room would be available when we finally got there!!!"
