"The staff was friendly and polite. The hotel is kept pretty well. The room was clean except the toilet- it sure if they just forgot. Good thing I always bring Lysol wipes. The AC in room 413 was very loud and kept me up on the first night almost for 4 hours until the noise settled down some and I was able to get rest. I brought this to the attention of the staff and they said they would follow up with management in reference to the AC and cleanliness of toilet. I also filled the complaint with Marriott on line and they as well have not followed up. "

"What I would like to share with you, take a little more time on the details of the rooms, like for instance, change out the toilet seats and remove the old caulk from around the countertops and put new caulking around it. Then pay attention to the furniture that’s inside of each room, by addressing the cosmetic issues that’s on them, like chopped off paint and adjusting the doors on it so that it will not rub up against it to cause any damages.
