Friendly staff makes or breaks my travel experience and during this trip, the staff was AMAZING! Super friendly and helpful. Two things that stood out but not a deal breaker for us (we will stay here again if in Tallahassee.) 1st, in the description it mentioned breakfast included. That was not the case. There is a sit down restaurant and again, the Server was AMAZING! 2nd, the soap holder in the shower and broken off and I guess maintenance set it on the bathroom sink and forgot it. No biggie, did not make our stay any less comfortable or enjoyable.
