"It was a 1st time staying here and I was pleased with the service of all the staff of VIA Hotel. Location is walking distance to the mrt and ximending shopping area. At first we thought it was bit quirky but within 1 day we came to love the quirkiness , and enjoyed the amazing rooftop pool and the bar on the 3 rd floor has the best award winning cocktails ( well done Clay) The front desk staff could not be more helpful with a shout out to Spud. As for location having spent 7 days solely in Taipei , there is no better location. "

There are drawers for several days of clothing, closet space for emptied luggages, and additional space with doors for souvenirs and other miscellaneous items. I like to put things away, not lying them out in the open; this hotel fulfills this aspect. The location is convenient, the area is safe. The decoration in the lobby is beautiful! Will stay there again for my future trips."

"Fabulous friendly and knowledgeable staff, elegant comfortable rooms, wonderful location, beautiful view, and great breakfast buffet—a fine place to stay!! When I had trouble with electricity hookups, likely my fault, a maintenance engineer was there within a few minutes! Bell staff were very helpful arranging a city tour and taxis. Front desk and breakfast buffet staff were very efficient and nice. These are just a few examplesof how well this place operates "
