"It was a 1st time staying here and I was pleased with the service of all the staff of VIA Hotel. Location is walking distance to the mrt and ximending shopping area. "I stayed for one week. The staff was really friendly, and they have an adorable dog at reception. Overall, it was a good stay. The hostel is near everything, so that's very convenient. The only negative thing is that the showers are in the basement, and you have to go through the reception to access them. "
