"It was a 1st time staying here and I was pleased with the service of all the staff of VIA Hotel. Location is walking distance to the mrt and ximending shopping area. Hotel provide snacks and drinks for guest 24 hrs and a comfy area for u to relax while waiting to check in. Staff are very friendly and approachable and always ready to assist u when in need. "The hotel is in a convenient location with small clean rooms. They switched my room in the middle of my stay to a room with terrible wifi and demanded a surcharge to return to the original room.
