"It was a 1st time staying here and I was pleased with the service of all the staff of VIA Hotel. Location is walking distance to the mrt and ximending shopping area. Hotel provide snacks and drinks for guest 24 hrs and a comfy area for u to relax while waiting to check in. Staff are very friendly and approachable and always ready to assist u when in need. "The hotel stay was overall comfortable and room is spacious, it is also relatively clean. However the lift were old and there was once when the lift was not levelled with the ground which was quite dangerous. The pillows were not great and we had to stack them up for more comfort. We were also not able to get extra pillows each as they said they had limited supply. It would be great if we could get the choose different types of pillows. "

"At Home Hotel Ximen was not only located in a very convenient area-walkable to many restaurants, convenience stores, and Ximending but the staff was phenomenal. The first night we arrived, it was already 11PM but my husband and I had not eaten dinner yet. The front desk staff not only recommended a local restaurant with delicious food but walked us to the restaurant and ordered for us. Such an amazing experience, answered our questions quickly. Would stay again next time we come to visit. "

"The hotel is in a convenient location with small clean rooms. They switched my room in the middle of my stay to a room with terrible wifi and demanded a surcharge to return to the original room.
