"Hotel is just around 2 mins walk after exiting from Z4 of taipei main station and right opposite of shin kong mitsukoshi mall. It’s a bustling street with lots of food options (local, mcd, starbucks) , bubble tea shops, and clothing shops such as uniqlo. Daiso is just right below at ground floor and the hotel lift door opens up to a huge drug store at level 3. One can just take the lift down and shop for snacks or necessities in their pj. Super convenient location. Room can be cleaned everyday...

"First time to Taiwan and found this hotel with some ratings good and bad. I found the service friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy although a bit worn looking but I was happy with that. Comfortable bed and great location :) Definitely returning. "

"The hotel is very well located. Less than 5 min of walk to kaohsiung station. A 7-11 and subway below the hotel, there are KFC, Mcdonald, Burger King, yoshinoya diagonal opposite the hotel. There are some shops selling local food right opposite the hotel. So location wise is 100%. The exterior of the hotel looks old, but the room is quite not bad. "Very pleasant stay! Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was eco friendly, which meant they only provided soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The rest, such as toothbrush, shower cap, etc were still available at reception for purchase. There was free 24 hr snack bar service, which included instant noodles, biscuits and drinks. A minor issue was the bed was slightly hard for my liking and the lighting in the bathroom was quite dim. But not a major concern."

"Very clean, modern. Nicely appointed, spacious rooms with good beds and deluxe bathrooms with bidet. Could use some towel bars though. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet in the lobby was an extra 200NT per person, which was quite reasonable. The immediate area is a bit noisy because the hotel is at the junction of some highways, but we are familiar with Taipei and it didn't bother us too much; metro stop is 5-6 minutes walk away, while the Keelung River trail & parks are across the street (and behind the next building). "

"Amazing hotel with enthusiastic concierge team. They help each time with luggages, bags and stroller on daily basis. We stayed for two weeks Very family friendly hotel. Multiple restaurants to select to dine in within the hotel. The room is very large. We feel very welcome each time entering the hotel. Our number 1 choice of hotel in Taipei."
