"Very good location and MRT station is just right beside the hotel. Two stops to Taipei 101 and three stops to CKS memorial hall. Staffs are very friendly. I will definitely stay there again. "

"It was great. From check in till check out it was excellent. Housekeeping is immaculate and efficient. We love the breakfast and that we can choose to have it in either Rainbow Terrace or Park Avenue. The spread is good and every day there is some different items. However if there were more different items it would be much better. The room is spacious and comfortable BUT the pillows are too soft; almost flat. And as a Gold member of Hotels.com I was disappointed that I was not upgraded even though I booked 3 rooms. At least upgrade my room it would be great so my family can gather for nightcap."

"The Shangri-La is always a winner. The staff is wonderful and speaks several languages. The hostess saw that my son had recently had a birthday and sent up a cake for him. The rooms are wonderful, a great place to relax, and it is well placed in Taipei. I can't wait to stay here again "

"My check in with Pony was great. The staff here are wonderful and hard working. They accommodated any and every request. They held our luggage for us before and after check in, which was really appreciated. They go over and above what is expected, this is a lovely hotel which we would come back to. I want to thank Alan at the concierge for being so welcoming and always a pleasure to see and talk to. He is friendly and respectful to all the people coming in! He is valuable and truly a delight!
