The facility is undergoing repairs so there’s a limited availability of bathroom (only 1 toilet available and 2 showers). Clean bed and secure locker. Bathroom cleanliness could be improved. "Convenient location. Walking distance to Taipei Main Station and Taoyuan Airport MRT. Couple of dining options nearby. Easy to check in and check out. Common area is clean and has everything we needed. The room is adequate. Shower has good water pressure. Staff service is inconsistent though, some were friendly and some were unfriendly when we asked questions. Overall a good stay and value for money."

"Wonderful stay at iTaipei service apartment! The location was unbeatable, just above Taipei main station and Qsquare shopping centre. The mini kitchenette made it easy for quick breakfasts on those mornings that we couldn't wake up early enough. . Friendly front desk staff, security staff, and housekeeping staff. . Only drawback was that the pillows were too soft for me. "
