"The staffing, location and rooms were really great many things to do and MRT was located underneath the hotel. The hotel is under construction at this time which was a little distraction and also our first night our room had bugs. The staff was very receptive to our situation and moved us to another room right away. All and all I would stay there again, location was amazing.. "

"We had a room without windows, which was great for us to sleep. The laundry facility was sufficient (two washers & two dryers) The dryers actually worked. Some dryers in Taipei won't dry. Lots of stores nearby for shoppers. A MRT exit within three minutes is very convenient. Don't like the fact that you can't flush down toilet paper. Lots of places in Taiwan are like that, unfortunately."
