"Lots of little issues made this less than what it could have been. The toilet flushed poorly and I often had to remover the tank cover to move the flap back into place and re-flush almost every time. There should always be a spare roll of toilet paper in every bathroom and I hated worrying about running low or our and had to make a note for the housekeeping staff to replenish. I believe we were entitled to 2 free drinks per day during our stay due to my membership level, but that only happened...

"Booked a king bed room, very spacious. French provincial ecor a little dated but clean. Four poster bed and huge bathroom with javuzzi tub. Four free bottles of water a day, free toiletries that included toothbrushes but bring your own shampoo. Super comfortable bed and choice of pillows. Breakfast traditional western fare and asian, not included in basic rate but worth the added charge."
