"Hotel situated at prime location for shopping and dining. Walkable and close to metro stations. Staff were professional, polite, recognized & greeted me whenever I came back to the hotel. My room was clean, quiet and elegant. When I visited in December 2024 - hotel seemed not to have centralized heating. I had to request for extra blanket unfortunately it did not keep me warm.
