"The place is not easy to find, the address lead to a cafe place which is right on the corner, but to find the B&B you need to go further on the left side, when you see a white door, please ring the bell and wait for the waitress! The stay was really pleasant, we stayed only one night and I think the complaints about the noise by other comments are a little too exaggerated. Living in Taiwan for six years now, hearing people talking outside of the room is not something strange, yet you won’t hear...

"It was a great place to spend some time in Jiufen. Windsor’s place is close to all the stores, shops and restaurants. Since the homestay and the Jiufen old town are located on the hill, it was very nice that the owners helped to ship our luggages to the close by bus stop."

"Stayed in the Deluxe Villa, Lanai in April 2023 and paid $577 US for one night. This was their premium suite. The space was impressive at nearly 2,000 sq ft. Had an old-world feel. The view from the outdoor pool area was magnificent. But anyplace with a balcony that high up would have magnificent views. So no points there really. While impressed with the size of the space, I was very disappointed with simple comforts you would expect for paying nearly $600 for one night and quite upset...

"Receptionist very unhelpful. I got no breakfast. Very poor internet connection. Very loud outside my room and sleep was impossible. Communication was dreadful as the hotel didn't answer my emails."
