"Very quiet area, nice clean, good service, I am very enjoy"

"The hotel stay was overall comfortable and room is spacious, it is also relatively clean. However the lift were old and there was once when the lift was not levelled with the ground which was quite dangerous. The pillows were not great and we had to stack them up for more comfort. We were also not able to get extra pillows each as they said they had limited supply. It would be great if we could get the choose different types of pillows. "

"All of the staff were very helpful in answering any questions, and if you arrive before check-in time you can leave your luggage with them in the meantime. The property itself had all the amenities I needed, and the rooms, bathrooms, and common area were all cleaned frequently. The location is amazing, as it is right by 台北車站/Taipei Main Station and a quick walk to 西門町/Ximending! I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable stay in a good location!"

"Spacious and class"

"The hotel room was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately our room didn’t have an open window so it was difficult to tell the time of day without any natural light. Other rooms do have windows so I wish this was known ahead of time. While we were there, a big earthquake in Taiwan hit. Since we were in the 11th floor, the building swayed quite a bit. Fortunately nothing bad happened and we continued our stay. It was very comfortable and easy to fall asleep on the quality bed and pillow. "
