Breakfast buffet in the lobby was an extra 200NT per person, which was quite reasonable. The immediate area is a bit noisy because the hotel is at the junction of some highways, but we are familiar with Taipei and it didn't bother us too much; metro stop is 5-6 minutes walk away, while the Keelung River trail & parks are across the street (and behind the next building).
