"Hotel was very convenient for it’s in the heart of Ximen. I also appreciate the hotel shuttle service they offer. Rooms are spacious, however, we encountered issues with the loose shower head that keeps on falling from its handle and there was a gap between the shower and toilet allowing water to seep through. Other than that, i’d still recommend the place for it convenience."

"Great experience staying at the Regent. Service was excellent and very welcoming. Taxi service very convenient. Mattress seemed firm but I slept great. They were doing construction during the day a few floors up but it was hardly noticeable apart from the first day when we were napping due to jet lag."

"I enjoy when everything works, everything is clean, hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Therefore I enjoyed this place. Very simple My only qualm is that any hotel that charges its laundry by the item is really pushing it. Actually priced by item isn’t the issue. Outrageously pricing each item is the issue. I’m not even sure if this laundry service is affiliated with the hotel or separate but they could always find a reasonably priced one. It costs more to do laundry here than in NYC. Other than that, lovely spot."
