"Overall, my stay at this hotel was average. If you’re driving, the location can be a bit tricky to find, and the parking situation is less than ideal. There aren’t any nearby conveniences like konbini or late-night dining options within walking distance. "Everything was perfect. Enomoto and the hotel staff were extremely caring and helpful. The hotel provides sleeping gowns for guests. Public transportation, restaurants, shops, and rail stations are within walking distance. The Joyful restaurant is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel, and I absolutely loved it. One downside of the hotel was that our room didn’t have much storage space. "

"It’s a quiet place that will give you somewhere to rest with great wifi. It’s walking distance from Tarui station, the beach, and the mall. The staff know English as well. If you want a location to rest that won’t break your bank this is a good option. "

"My room was cool though it does feel outdated. Sometime AC wont give you full AC if you keep sweating while your sleeping. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay staff are very friendly. Their is a shuttle bus to airport but it's NOT FREE. Their is nl elevator for those who have disabilities be aware. I will stay again :) Thank you very much!"

Great Location! Clean and Comfy Room.

"This Hotel is located nearby everything. You step out and you are basically in one of the popular markets in Osaka. It is about 5 - 6 minutes walk from the train station. You may even pass it because it's located in the heart of Tourist attraction. The hotel is well kept and the staffs are very polite and speaks English. The only thing I had a bit of an issue was trying to get my laundry done before leaving Japan but I had no Yen and the Hotel only take Yen in exchange for coin to use Laundry, so lesson learn to have enough Yen while you stay in Japan. I booked the room within 2 weeks before and they non smoking rooms where sold out but the smoking room I stayed in did not smell much of smoking and i was surprised. They have refreshing sprays in the room but you may not even need to use it so I am recommending to book any room. If you are not looking for much of a view and need someone clean and comfortable to stay, this is a very great choice. I will book again when I visit Osaka. "

"Hotel was absolutely beautiful. We spent two days exploring Osaka and it was a relief to come back every night to our incredible view. Can’t recommend this hotel enough as the staff were amazing and the atmosphere second to none. Perfect way to spend our honeymoon! "

"Extremely comfortable place to stay at, Especially during the winter, wasn't bad at all! Beds are great, Table is great, although there is one thing to consider if you're a JR Pass User: Osaka Metro is the only convenient transportation around here, but it doesn't get covered by the Pass at all. If you want to save money, and use the benefits of your pass, I would not recommend staying here. Otherwise, It's a great choice to stay!"

Love Citadines

"I love the Citadines hotel chain and stayed at many other properties around the world. This one was an old Takashimaya store space and redone into guest rooms and a community food hall next door. Great value for the size of room with kitchenette, and also laundry room, play room for kids, community work/lounge area with coffee machine. Great location close to many services and short 10 min walk to Namba station. Lively area but not jam packed with tourists and noisy bars."
