"Staff at the hotel were so kind and attentive. Helped us with wheel chair rental and taxi reservation to the airport. Coin laundry was so helpful. Our room was always kept clean. Stayed in room 1517 and the view from the window was amazing!. We had breakfast buffet for 6 mornings at Ariake. Never get tired of the food, especially the French toast! The only draw back is there are limited restaurants on Port Island, but they run a shuttle every 20mins for free to Sannomiya station - so really not an isssue.
