"This traditional Japanese Inn is thoroughly modern with excellent facilities, rooms, Michelin quality food, and helpful staff. We want to call out ‘Mikki’ who was super kind and helped us with any language barriers we had. The entire restaurant staff was amazing and we are grateful to meet the chef. The onsens were also wonderful. A room here with breakfast and dinner included is an excellent value."

"It's a great hotel, it has anything you need. Private bathrooms are clean and and provided with amenities. Shampoo, soap, conditioner, brush, sponge, etc. A great buffet breakfast is provided Also it has vending machines and also the hotel has an Onsen (hot spring) and public bathing facility on the 1st floor. "It’s a nice property and what’s nice about it is we get to eat the best breakfast buffet. It may seem far from the city but actually it is center to all the places we went. It’s also very convenient that it’s in the airport so easy to check in even if you arrive late and check out if you are catching an early flight."

"We absolutely loved this hotel! It was so grand and beautiful once you walk in. The staff was very nice and always smiling. We chose this hotel to be near universal studios and it was perfect to ride the train just one stop, which the was just across the street. We had a view of the suspension bridge, which lit up at night. Taking the elevator you could see the entire universal studios. We had dinner at the hotel and it was very good. It was buffet style and had so many options for food, drinks and dessert. It is far from the main city of Osaka, but it forced us to get up and start our day, which we liked. Overall, beautiful hotel, extremely large room and wonderful staff! "

Amazing staff, location and freebies.

"Extremely friendly and helpful staff, earliest check in we had in Japan too. Great view on the roof terrace and the option to book a private onsen also a nice touch as I have tattoos. The free drinks between 3 and 8pm all quality and a really nice touch we weren't aware of at all. Amazing location in regards to public transport too! "
