"Comfy bed but really soft pillows which I didn't like. Show was too small with really old shower head. None of the USB sockets were working."

"We had a wonderful stay at The Arden. Reception were friendly and helped with our bags. The room was amazing. We booked a Delux room and stayed in 'Pine'. We travelled with our little girl and she had her own bed in the room. There was plenty of room for the extra bed. Our bed was huge and very comfortable! The bathroom was amazing, I have never seen such a big bath!! We booked breakfast and dinner and I'm so pleased ww did. The food was outstanding! I am gluten free and they took great care...

"We were really disappointed on arrival as the hotel was covered in scaffolding and the entrance looked much more like a 1970s multi-storey carpark than a 4* hotel. The stairs (the lift was out of order), reception area and room were very dated. The soundproofing in the bathroom was non-existent (my wife could hear everything next door). Having said that the beds were comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok."
