"The room was large and of a very good condition. Unfortunately the heating didn't work and it was freezing when I first entered the room. We were supplied with 2 electric heaters which was ok but not great. "

"We were really disappointed on arrival as the hotel was covered in scaffolding and the entrance looked much more like a 1970s multi-storey carpark than a 4* hotel.
