"Loved the room, spa and the restaurant. Staff were very friendly too. Just a few remarks as follows: You should have staff patrolling the area as we unfortunately could not get on the heated beds as people had left their belongings on them and disappeared for hours!! Maybe a sign would work too advising that they are for all guests. Also, the spa could maybe have a hook system where people could leave their towels rather than leaving them on the chairs when they go off for treatments, etc. "

"A really lovely hotel conveniently located near the RSC theatres & riverside. The staff in all areas were so friendly & helpful. The room we had was spacious & very comfortable. We had breakfast & evening meal in the restaurant, the food was delicious, cooked to order & the service great. So impressed that we’ll stay there again."
