"An excellent stay. Very convenient for being tourists in Stratford. A very comfortable and well appointed room. An excellent breakfast really well presented. All staff very enthusiastic and very customer focused. Well done to all concerned. Only downsides were 1) very low water pressure meaning that you had to ‘run around’ in the shower to get wet, and 2) little or no soundproofing between rooms - we could hear distinct conversations within adjoining rooms (even though the guests were certainly...

"Extremely comfortable overnight stay. Staff all friendly and welcoming. Room good size with all amenities and somewhere to actually hang clothes. Two easy chairs very much appreciated, so many hotels only have one per room. Plenty of on site parking"

"Fantastic Hotel in the centre of Stratford. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. We stayed in room 706 which was a Premium King room which was huge and had all the amenities you could ask for. Snacks & drinks (including beer and cider) in the room all included in the price. Will definitely return. Great value for money. "

"Nice hotel with great location and view. Reception manned 24 hours and really helpful. Welcoming seats to relax in foyer but a bit chilly in the evening. Room had everything you needed , though pillows were flat with very noisy cotton which disturbed sleep unfortunately. Two chairs in room which is always good as a couple. Ate in the pub both evenings, one meal lovely but unfortunately fish and chips was not!! Breakfast was a good selection, fresh fruit and yoghurt was lovely."
