"Everything excellent BUT BEWARE YOU NEED TO BOOK THE SPA IN ADVANCE. I expected as a hotel guest that you can use the spa anytime, not so, you have to book ahead. Major disappointment as we wanted to use it the day of our departure, this was the main attraction of this hotel, very sad departure. I feel that the staff should ask when you book if you would like to book a slot just as most hotels do for the restaurant. "
