"This hotel is a lovely updated, historic hotel. Maria is the manager and she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were there on a large event weekend and were worried that event parking would make our parking difficult. Maria made sure that the city kept our parking spot clear. Our room was furnished as an example of early 1900's and was very cute."

I KNEW THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN BUT EXPEDIA WAS UNCOOPERTIVE IN SAYING I COULD NOT CANCEL EVEN AFTER I EXPLAINED WHERE THIS HOTEL AND MANY OTHERS THEY WERE BOOKING WERE LOCATED. I...

"Stayed again and another great experience. Room is large and clean with great A/C. And food at the Perch the rooftop bar/restaurant is excellent. Kelli was a fun bartender too. This is our place when going to the west coast to see family"

"The rooms can use new AC units as the rooms smelled due to water leaking I’m from the unties onto the floor. One of our rooms smelled bad. The showers have been updated but do not keep the water in the shower and leak onto the bathroom flooding which can cause a slip and fall."
