"The property itself was great. The breakfast was an additional cost and not very good, so I'd recommend to anyone staying to walk to a local coffee shop for breakfast. We had a fire drill at 11pm our first night there. Certainly a pain if you are in the middle of a shower, sleeping, or anything else."

"Nice and spacious, arrival cookie and the free ferry were a great bonus for the kids also free breakfast for the kids with a paying adult. Bit tricky to get to from main stations but once you are there and have access to the main ferry it is great!"

"The staff were all very welcoming and very helpful. We loved our bar experience with cocktails and mocktails. The breakfast buffet was amazing over our Easter break. Our room was amazing from the comfort of our twin beds to the bathroom. Chose this hotel because it had a great location, easy access to the tube station a short walk away and it had a heated swimming pool. Although I found the pool temperature a little cool and refreshing it was still a lovely addition to our stay. Thank you to all the hotel staff for making a short stay so enjoyable. "
