"Where to even start with this amazing hotel? Me and my partner have always loved Citizen M hotels but wow this particular one is just out of this world. All of the staff there are just so so friendly and welcoming! We stayed for 3 nights and actually wished we could have extended our stay just because of the great vibes there. "Location is great. 2 min walk to the Southwark underground station. Which has full lift access - a must if travelling with suitcases. Not all underground stations have this. Room was good but the lino flooring could definitely do with a good clean. Breakfast was decent for £13.50, although hot food was mostly only warm. "
