Clean and good hotel. The rooms and hallways are a little outdated. Very friendly and helpful personel and the breakfast buffet is outstanding. Overall very good impression, location is ok, a little far from the touristic places but good beds and a prefect view of the Thames.

Alexander welcomed us straight away as soon we walked in with a smile on his face, he also checked us in as it was quite busy at the reception desk. Set by the water, Docklands was a nice stay with great views at night and good food over at canary, service from hotel staff was great and friendly and the boat fair was quick and free with proof of the stay, signs to training facilities were a bit difficult to find until close by and colombia seemed a little understaffed, overall 4/5

The staff made our stay absolutely amazing! Unfortunately my family got really sick on the last day - but the reception staff was really accommodating and let us stay until we felt alright to check-out with out any extra charges or whatsoever!
