"The staff (from the online admin through to the reception and amenities staff) are all always so welcoming and helpful. Can be a little expensive at full rate but they often have offers and then the room rates are are not much more than local chain hotels - who cannot compete with the quality of the offer here nor the fact that you'll also be getting kitchen facilities for the price. I think the extra space and better layouts of the premium studios make them a better choice than the regular...

"Had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The staff was so friendly and was able to check us in early with no problems. Our room was clean and there was a bottle of wine complements of the hotel in our fridge and a hand written note in our room. The location was perfect and had a huge selection of great restaurants within 5 minutes of walking. I would definitely stay here again when we come back to London. "

"The studio itself was great, if a little short on plug sockets. My only gripe was its location to a public house. Our room was literally the floor above and we got to experience all the noises associated with a pub...including a 5.45am beer delivery on Monday morning and an equally early glass collection on the Friday.
