"Wonderful experience. Front desk was friendly and helpful, Samir at the bar was our main man and his nails were fireeeee, and the room was clean and housekeeping was super friendly also. Only issue we had was valet was called and then after 20+ mins they texted saying there was no valet to get our car out - hostage situation. At that point we were already very late to our reso but talked to the guy standing near valet and they quickly got the car. Our friends were there for the reso on time so...

There was no early notification by hotel or by Expedia. The grounds looked liked no one serviced it in days. Would not booked this place again. "
