Overall the hotel was very nice. The toilet paper holder was broken, and the water in the shower was way too hot. But neither of those things would keep me from booking another stay.

I am not sure why you would charge your guest parking when they have their own parking lot and if so at least cut some of the cost for your guest. Rooms were nice bedding needs to be updated.

Was upset about my first room. The view was horrible I had poles everywhere and my tv was broken. The second room they put me in was very very hot and I had the ac on 60 the whole time.

The couches need to be fixed. The last two times I've stayed there they were loose feeling and felt like they were going to break when I sat on them. Im trying out the suite for my next stay we shall see how those couches are

I lost a jacket from Ireland I believe on their van transportation to the airport. As soon as I realized it going through security, I called the hotel. I told them we would be returning to the hotel in 3 weeks. They said they would have the driver check when he returned and if it was there it would be in lost and found when we returned. Only to find out they don’t have a lost and found locally. It is a nationally a NATIONALLY I LEFT MY STUFF! Who knows how long it will take them to go through the stuff to find it. Not happy with this list and found!

The hotel was very upscale, clean and very nice My only complaint is having to pay for parking at the hotel. It's the hotels parking lot its not like its a shared parking garage off the property. Parking should not be charged
