"Great location, clean rooms, and nice warm pool. We had a little one who enjoyed the pool! We paid for late check-out on one room because my son-in-law wasn't feeling well and we were going to a ball game. The maids came and knocked 6-7 times and he kept having to tell them I paid for a late check out. That was all that was annoying. Inepensive breakfast "

"First time staying in Philly and wasn’t sure what to expect. Pleasantly surprised! Everybody seemed very friendly and the staff at the hotel were very accommodating. Seamless check in and check out! Housekeeping was sweet as pie! Only thing that I wasn’t used to was paying to park. We stayed 2 nights and paid $40 a night to park ($80 total) however, the hotel rate was great and the convenience of not worrying about where to park the car the whole time made it worth it! Hotel is basically attached to a mall, movie theatre, and an AMAZING market! Overall such a great experience!"

"From the moment we arrived and were warmly (and promptly) greeted by Jake, we knew this hotel experience was going to be stellar. The entire staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. You get the sense that every person cares deeply that you have the very best stay possible. My 11 year old absolutely loved the heated pool. We were there in early April so the combo of warm pool water and chilled air was delightful. We had sushi and Hibachi dinner at Desaki right next door; My daughter said it was "the best sushi" she ever had. I'm already planning our next visit to The Swiftwater!"
