The refundable deposit for "extras" shouldn't be required/demanded upon check-in. Room check-in should be smooth without asking me for more money upfront. Combine that with tired and impatient staff and its a terrible first impression. The room itself and facilities were clean and comfortable however.

This place needs major renovations and repairs. The room was very dirty snd old looking. There was lots of dust! There was a crack in the ceiling, the shower gel holder was broken, and the room phone didn’t work. The staff were friendly overall.

We have stayed at This Doubletree/Hilton on multiple occasions. It is a convenient stay, close to the airport. The staff are always friendly and efficient. This time one of the staff members, Derrick H even had cookies baked just for us, as they had run out before our check in. We enjoy our stay here when visiting Pennsylvania.

The hotel was nice and service was good. Although, someone who worked for the hotel knocked on my door multiple times after calling and requesting a late check-out the night before and then also calling again the next morning after the first knock and making sure I could still check out late. The hot cookie was an added perk!
