The hotel staff were really friendly and accommodating. Our room was really clean and set up pretty nice. There is a lot to do around the hotel. We visited a food market a few blocks away. We will be coming back!

I didn’t like how I booked a king bed room but was put into a queen bed room with no notice. I was expecting a king bed because that’s what I booked and then I open the door to the room and see two queen beds. I called to the front desk and they said they overbooked. I’m disappointed because I booked and paid for a king bed, and was told they overbooked after I got there. So i had no chance to even cancel the room in advance if i wanted to go somewhere who could accommodate my booking of a king bed. This is the second time this has happened which makes it even worse.

The hotel location is very good for dining, shopping, and attractions in the city center. However there are a lot of homeless people around the near convention center. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They welcome you to leave your luggage in the hotel office before check in and after check out.

We arrived early hoping but not expecting that we would be able to check in early. Check in was at 3pm (per staff not website), there were other people in the lobby waiting to get checked in as well. We were never advised that our room was ready until I walked up to the front desk for the 4th time. Check-in didn’t happen until 4:15! Terrible customer service and corporate even worse! Would never go back there again! We didn’t even try the “breakfast”, there are plenty of options at the market nearby. The only good thing about this hotel was the location, but lacked customer service.

Dirty area with tons of homeless people around. The street in the bqck smelled like urine. The valet parking guys were fighting with a customer and rude. Kids ran up and down the hallways for hours. The rooms paper thin walls made it where you could everyones conversations. I would choose a different property in the future.
