"I had booked two different room reservations that were back to back: the first was 2 nights for business, and my husband then joined me for the next 2 nights so we could spend a long weekend in San Antonio. When I checked in, I asked if I could stay in the same room for all 4 nights and Amanda said she could do that and then upgraded my room to a suite, and it was lovely. The complimentary breakfast buffet and complimentary cocktails and snacks add such a wonderful and thoughtful value to your room rates. My stay at your hotel was one of the best hotel stays/vacations I have had in a long time! It seems as though exceptional service, comfort, and affordability is rare these days.
