"We stayed for 4 nights at Hotel Contessa, and it was perfect.The staff was super helpful and friendly. Rooms are just as shown in the pictures. Ammenities are great, and the Hotel is beautiful! "

"The property was under construction. I wish they would have made us aware of it. I love that they provide transportation to and from the airport the staff was out of this world in the front desk to the bartender to the maintenance man"

"Great stay, pet friendly and no issues with that. Great people working the front and making awesome breakfast. No matter how many times you walk in and out you’re always greeted with a smile and asked how the days going. Great group of people working there. Great pricing and not too far from downtown where most people are going. Right across street from H-E-B which is great if staying long. "

"I had booked two different room reservations that were back to back: the first was 2 nights for business, and my husband then joined me for the next 2 nights so we could spend a long weekend in San Antonio. When I checked in, I asked if I could stay in the same room for all 4 nights and Amanda said she could do that and then upgraded my room to a suite, and it was lovely. The complimentary breakfast buffet and complimentary cocktails and snacks add such a wonderful and thoughtful value to your room rates. My stay at your hotel was one of the best hotel stays/vacations I have had in a long time! It seems as though exceptional service, comfort, and affordability is rare these days. Your hotel far exceeded my expectations. Your staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful. Thank you for an amazing, I-didn't-want-to-leave stay!"
