"The receptionist was not very friendly, the room had a muggy smell the carpet had stains and the restroom was dirty the floor had hair everywhere and the coffee pot was filled with dirt had to clean it to make coffee. Need to follow up on housekeeping!"

"Upon arival the staff saud that they tried to get ahold of me because there was a problem with my room. I said okay no problem as long as i still have a place to stay. They said of course and asked if a double bed would be okay instead of the king that was reserved. I said no problem at all. Well long story short they surprised us and put us in a king room. It was very nice and we were very pleased."
