"Overall we had a good stay We were returning guests and knew that hotel would suit our needs Near royal Albert hall and so accessible from heathrow Some great restaurants nearby We booked room only as full buffet breakfast is too much Yes rooms are on small side but perfect for our needs and shower is fantastic Our only issue was the air conditioning The room was always too hot even with air con on max!and found it very hard to sleep We had no option but to leave window open so it was noisy at night We were in room 404 We really like the hotel and staff are lovely but please sort out the air conditioning "
