"Unfortunately the person who checked us in did not appear to know what he was doing. Upon entering the room the WiFi didn't reach out room. Our shower and shower door were both broken and almost unusable. The duvet was ripped and there was no remote control for the TV. Side note very small towels. Upon reporting all of these things at the time of checking in we were told that nothing could be done till the morning. When we checked out we reported it all again and where told that we should have...

"The hotel room was clean and tidy. It was also cleaned daily for us. The location is the best part about this hotel. There are so many restaurants and shops right around it and the underground is a 2 minute walk away. The one downside was that we were put on the top floor and there is no elevator. So we got our exercise climbing 80 stairs everyday. Honestly, it was worth the location for us."

"It was a nice place to stay as we had to visit French consulate nearby so very handy. Also opposite Gloucester Road tube station and Waitrose opposite side of road. Could leave our luggage there for the day which was really helpful. Decor theme was London Underground so had quirky carpet, fixings, pictures etc. Was in room 301 which was quiet and near to the lift."

"The location is excellent. 5 min walk to Eral's Court station which you can take Picadilly and District lines. Everything about the room was tiny. The sofa bed was bigger than the bed in the bed room. One thing we didn't like about this place was internet connection. They provide Wi-fi but it doesn't work all the time, very weak and unstable."
