"We booked the place for a week, but had to leave after just three nights, because there is a lounge downstairs and it holds parties till 1 am every night. It was extremely loud and we could not sleep. The rate is non-refundable, so we just lost our money. The towels were yellow and sticky. "Booked a suite overlooking Hyde Park with kitchen and advertised as whole apartment. The receptionist had no idea we were staying until I showed the Expedia app on my phone. We were given a basement room which was tiny, no TV or kettle! The window wouldn't shut or lock and looked out on the storage area for the rubbish. Didn't want to use the shower or bathroom as it was filthy and the radiator was stuck on maximum so the place was like a furnace. Not a place I would send my worst enemy!"
