"We waited nearly an hour for someone off property to meet us. No Lobby, so we stood in dim hallway to meet for near a hour. That evening, we realized the permanent ac unit wasn’t working. There was another Portable unit sitting in the corner, unhooked without vent hose or proper plugin! We used our own Euro conversion plug. It sent as much hot air from motor back into the room!
