"Very quick and courteous check in followed by a short tour of the hotel. Luggage arrived in room super fast. Very tasty lunchtime snack in quiet surroundings. Bottle of bubbly left in our room as it was my husband’s birthday which was a nice gesture. Lovely brekkie the following morning and quick and easy checkout. Will revisit in the future"

"Older hotel so corridors are long and convoluted with few lifts but we had a large room on 4th floor and were very happy. Quiet and much more comfortable than most London hotels we have stayed in. Super happy with the value. Location was great. Underground straight in from Heathrow to within 100 yards. Transport connections were great to everywhere we went (both business and pleasure). Tesco and Boots within 100 yards were useful for a 5 day stay. Pizza Express next door was easy and better than expected."
