"The lobby and restaurant are gorgeous, but the rooms aren't nearly as fancy. My room was perfectly nice, but I don't think it matched the price or how ostentatious the rest of the hotel was. It was a solid 3 star hotel room, clean and comfortable with all the amenities, though was a bit dark because there's no overhead light and the window didn't let in much natural light (it was blocked by the opposing wall of the hotel). The location was hard to beat though, right next to a tube station,...

"We have been staying at this hotel for over 15 years. On this occasion we left my husbands medication in the mini fridge and when we called just a couple of hours after check out to let them know and that we could come back to collect it we were told it was not there. This means it had not been saved as lost property by the housekeepers and had been discarded. In our opinion this is not good practise. "
