"Great spot to stay! Only 10 min walk to the ski field and plenty of restaurants around. Staff were lovely and super helpful, even offering a shuttle to the grocery store and bus station. Room was spacious and comfortable. Having a washing machine, bonus! Would definitely stay again. "

"The resort was first class. We loved the Onsen which they had both private and public. They had no restrictions on Tattoos. The breakfast was great and we saved a lot of money on dinners since they had free wine, soups, miso, udon, etc every afternoon. "

"Excellent and friendly staff, always eager to help with any questions. Shuttle is great. Loved that the ski rental shop is right in the hotel. I wish the hot springs was a bit bigger and had more amenities but it was a nice way to relax after a day of skiing. The bar and restaurant is not open during the day which we didn’t realize. All in all a great hotel though."

"Well what a 10 days that was. Fantastic from the moment we stepped into the front door to the moment we were dropped at the bus stop to leave. Excellent position to the lifts at happo one. And don’t miss the Friday night buffet (make sure u book early). The breaks and coffee every morning became my highlight each day. Set the tone for such a great day. And finally the onsen. "Lovely trip to Hakuba with the family staying at the footstep of the Iwatake slopes. The snow was on and my family and I had a great time. The cottage is lovely, something you would imagine staying at in the snow or by a lake. Has everything you need in it, from the kitchen to the bathroom.
