"The staff at this property are unbelievable. They go out of their way for you. The hotel has pretty much ski in, with access to the chair lift right outside the front door. "It was my 1st time in Japan hakuba skiing ! Miki and other staff was super helpful and show great hospitality , love the simple room nothing fancy . The outdoor hot spring was great and buffet style breakfast and dinner ! However, there no shuttles service so either you take taxi from happo terminal bus stop or walk 20min up hill.. It 5min walk down hill to Happo one which is great , but everytime you go back hotel you will have to hike back up again so just a heads up.."
