"Amazing hotel and spa in Nagano area. About 30mins by bus from Nagano Station to Kandabashi station. Then 2min walk to the hotel. Hotel has an onsen which is great! Lobby has drinks and snacks at different times of the day. Includes unlimited soft drinks, alcohol, tea, coffee, water and snacks. Coin laundry with dryer is available if you need to wash clothes. Great view of the mountains from our room. "

Amazing food and gourmet items and local wine and sake in the walkway connected upper level of the train station. Friendly staff at the front desk. Our hotels.com reservation was located with just passport. Our bill matched our pre-reserved price."
