"The staff at this property are unbelievable. They go out of their way for you. The hotel has pretty much ski in, with access to the chair lift right outside the front door. Dinner is amazing, breakfast is not as good, but has plenty on offer with fruits, hot and cold options. The onsen downstairs was renovated whilst we were staying there and looks great, much more inviting. Access to the Hakuba Valley Shuttle just up the road, walkable. "This is a new hotel in Hakuba. The room is clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has shuttle bus to Happo One and Hakuba 47. A rental store is right next to the hotel. The restaurant at the hotel is very nice. We also walked around to explore the local restaurants. We had a very pleasant experience!"
