Rates reflect demand at any given time and if they’re too high for me, I forego in lieu of a more affordable option in the area. Otherwise, great and perfect in all aspects, especially its central Shinjuku location."

"This is very good value for a tokyo stay , clean , good location ... like almost all Tokyo addresses , not easy to find, but be patient . It is a bit easier if you have a little japanese, but that isnt a barrier. Try and have the address in japanese with you , so you can show it to locals , or the piceman on duty in the police box nearby . It is on the Oedo subway line, so you have to change off the JR line ( Yamanotesen). A strong recommendation is to change trains at JR Yoyogi station , not...

We thought we messed up using the luggage delivery service, and we were going back to the Lawson to try and ask the clerk for help, but one of the hotel staff ran outside to accompany us to ask, and even called the hotel we were sending our luggage to. They were always courteous and I’d love to stay there again. "
