"Not what we expected from photos and the price we paid. Hotel address on expedia not correct and the driver had to circle around for half an hour. The check in process was not smooth. we had to leave our luggage outside with the bell boy as were told to collect after check in. Reception was not courteous. I suspect they gave us lower quality rooms and when asked to show the premium sea front rooms which we paid for, they couldn’t comply. We were given only one key card for each room as they didn’t have enough cards. Electric kettle in one room not working. Air conditioner was loud and ineffective in the other room. Agents of different services roaming around the hotel trying to sell the services and bothering the guests. staff eager and quick to demand bakhshish even from my children. We paid for all inclusive stay but were not able to book even one single meal in the restaurants as were told they were all booked. The indoor swimming pool was closed for maintenance. Lobby and hallways too loud for people trying to sleep list goes on and on i’m afraid "

"The whole family (2 adults + 2 boys) had a great time here. From the moment we arrived, the staff gave us warm welcome and made sure the check in process was smooth and effortless. During our 5 days stay, the food was great from breakfast to dinner. The taste, the variety, and the freshness, all was top notch. My only reservation would be more choices of fruits could be provided. The staff are very polite and helpful. The whole site is designed and organised in a very professional and efficient way. If I were to come back to Share again, I would have no hesitation to choose this place. "

"We had an amazing stay in an apartment at Block 42 in Domina Coral Bay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the main (heated) pool, reception, and entertainment area, making everything easily accessible.The apartment itself was well-equipped, offering plenty of storage and even a safe for valuables. The bathroom was excellent, with a great shower and strong water pressure. Thoughtful touches like a hairdryer, complimentary shampoo and conditioner, and a couple of towels were much appreciated. The addition of an airer on the balcony was also very useful.Speaking of the balcony, it was a lovely space with a small table, chairs, and a mosquito net—such a thoughtful touch! Inside the apartment, the very large fridge with a freezer compartment was incredibly convenient. The beds were spotless and extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.While the room does not have a smart TV or WiFi, this wasn’t an issue for us, but it's something to be aware of. If needed, a kettle and cups can likely be arranged upon request. The air conditioning was a great addition, keeping the room cool and comfortable.The owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. As always, Domina Coral Bay and the beautiful Egyptian sunshine did not disappoint!Dining Recommendations:For anyone visiting, we highly recommend taking a walk over to the Wild West Restaurant, located next to McDonald's just across from the hotel. "I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Rotana. The staff were very friendly, the food was great with new buffet options daily, and the resort was clean and well-maintained. The beach was stunning, with amazing coral and fish — a top-notch snorkeling spot! The only downside was the limited entertainment options, which could use more variety and better quality. Overall, a fantastic experience"
