"I arrived around 6 pm but the room was not ready. The receptionist tried to bully me into going to dinner first to cover the fact that the room was not ready. When I asked why the room was not ready the manager came and offered a room upgrade. The upgraded room was lousy and I can not imagine what would the original room would be like.
