Let me tell you know it should not be a 4 star it’s dated to the point your going to get ill, it’s disgustingly dirty smells the rooms are big and yeh can look nice on your first day after 7,10 or 14 days you will look back at that room and feel like taking a one last goodbye p*** on the floor it’s that vile. "We have lived two problem: 1. They have taken … dollars in addition to the money that ı have paid by Expedia because of registration as if Egyptian person. "All the staff are very friendly and great with kids. Nothing is too much trouble. Around the pool area is sun loungers are limited the staff will go and get more and lay them out for you. My daughter loved the kids club and animation team work tirelessly. We loved it so much that we are going to rebook for next year. "
